Creation of an engine room with geothermal heat pumps (closed geo-exchanger) for heating & air conditioning of rented rooms, with the help of underfloor heating, concrete roof cooling and fan coil machines.
For the production of hot water we installed 2 heat pumps with a built-in boiler 200 lt each.
