Detached house in Mochlo, Sitia

Mechanical Solutions undertook:
1.Installation of underfloor heating / cooling & Fan Coil in a detached house 300m2.
2. Installation of heat pump for cooling / heating of the house with recovery for DHW production (domestic hot water).
3. Installation of heat pump for heating the swimming pool with integrated titanium exchanger.
4. Solar field installation by 10 vacuum collectors of 3rd generation of SUNPOWER for the production of DHW
 and assistance in heating the house and in the heating of the swimming pool.

The system has a smart winter warm-up function of the house by the collectors during the period of absence of the owners.
