Newly built house in Heraklion

Newly built house in an urban suburb of Heraklion with active & passive systems to achieve a modern bioclimatic design with ecological materials.

The underfloor system with laminated pipe was chosen for the heating of the house.
A concealed water FanCoil machine was installed to dehumidify the living room.
Under construction:
1) Energy Water Fireplace, for heating the house during its use.
2) Solar Field on the roof of the house for heating the house and production of Hot Water.
3) Installation of active plasterboard on the ceiling on each floor to meet the cooling needs.
4) In order to achieve heating & cooling of the house, we install a Heating / Cooling heat pump.
