Project in progress in Filothei, Heraklion

The project is located on the outskirts of Heraklion in the suburb of Filothei.

It consists of three levels Ground floor - Floor - Attic.
The proposal implemented consists of heating and cooling via Heat Pump ECOPLUS SWBB 19.5 Kw with the system of dry floor laying of REHAU.

The total internal coverage of the house is 173.66 m2.
1,185 m RAUTHERM 14x1.5 REHAU pipe, 150m2 base mounting plate VA 12.5 REHAU, 930 m heat-conducting plates TS-14 REHAU, 300 pcs. TS-14 VA 12.5 change direction plate and 200 m REHAU perimeter insulating tape. The system will be covered by 178 m2 monolithic fiberglass boards of KNAUF in order for the smooth transfer of energy, the final floor which was chosen to be Beech Laminate 8mm in the main areas and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Specifically, 12 circuits were laid on the ground floor, 10 circuits on the first floor and 3 circuits in the attic. The three levels were divided into three thermal zones with the possibility of thermostatic control per room in a suitably shaped stainless steel collector cabinet consisting of flow meters.

The internal laying of the circuits was completed in 4 working days.
